As a Maintenance Technician will take the responsibility of maintaining and repairing our facilities and equipment.

 

A job that matters: your tasks

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as inspecting, lubricating, and cleaning machinery and equipment
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues to determine the root cause of malfunctions
  • Repair or replace defective parts and components of machinery and equipment, ensuring optimal functionality
  • Conduct preventive maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability
  • Assist in the installation, setup, and calibration of new equipment and machinery
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities, including work orders and equipment logs
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance tasks to ensure a safe working environment
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to coordinate maintenance activities and support production schedules
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancements in maintenance operations

 

An experience that matters: your skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education or certification in maintenance-related fields is preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as maintenance  technician or a related role, within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and repair equipment issues effectively
  • Knowledge of maintenance best practices and preventive maintenance techniques
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced production environment
