We’re looking for an Installations Coordinator to oversee the efficient execution of installations and services. You will play a vital role in ensuring all requirements are met for our installers and deliver on our promise to our customers within a timely manner, in the most efficient way. This role will see you working closely with our customers and installers, requiring you to develop strong relationships in order to provide an exceptional customer experience.

 

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for our customers regarding installations.
  • Communicating with installers regarding their work requirements and schedules.
  • Liaising with customers in regard to site expectations and the time management of jobs.
  • Maintenance of records with accuracy and other administrative tasks as required
  • Updating our customers on service delivery, progress of delivery and completion reports.

 

YOUR SKILLS

 

The ideal candidate will have experience working within administration or scheduling of a field-based workforce. You will be looking for career longevity and possess the following skills:

  • Strong customer service aptitude
  • Ability to plan, organise and monitor service delivery.
  • Exceptional time management skills with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Intermediate to Advanced skills in MS Excel, Outlook and Word.
  • Knowledge of a CRM will be advantageous

 

We are looking for someone with an engaging, friendly personality and a professional phone manner. You will be a problem solver who has a ‘can do’ attitude.
