As our Service Coordinator, you will be working closely with our customers, both internal and external, leading you to develop strong relationships in order to provide an exceptional customer experience for the installation and maintenance of our products.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Communicating with technicians and subcontractors regarding installation and service work.
- Liaising with customers and Account Managers regarding site expectations and the time management of jobs
- Maintenance of our CRM database and order entry timelines with accuracy
- Updating customers on service delivery, progress of delivery and completion of reports via customer portals
- Handling administration duties such as answering phones, raising purchase orders (POs), invoicing, and ordering stock to ensure smooth operations.
YOUR SKILLS
The ideal candidate will have experience working within administration or service/scheduling a field-based workforce, and be looking for career longevity, and possess the following skills:
- Ability to plan, organize and monitor the Service delivery.
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Intermediate to Advanced skills in MS Excel, Outlook and Word.
- Previous experience using a CRM system will be an advantage.
