Looking for an enthusiastic, highly driven, and motivated Branch Manager to oversee daily operations and maximize sales of products and services in the area.

 

Key responsibilities will include:

 

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base in accordance with the business.
  • Oversee the customer service process, ensuring prompt handling of sales inquiries, complaints, and refining quoting procedures.
  • Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with key clients.
  • Supervise all installation personnel and contractors while managing the scheduling of daily installations.
  • Market insights through monthly reports.
  • Submit pricing agreements, proposals, and quotations to potential customers.

YOUR SKILLS

 

We seek an individual passionate about team engagement, possessing resilience to thrive in a challenging role within a dynamic work environment. The ideal candidate naturally builds relationships and is genuinely motivated to exceed expectations.

 

  • Proven leadership experience in a similar role, preferably in the garage door sector.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in sales is highly desirable.
