THIS OPENS THE DOOR TO YOUR FUTURE: OUR OPPORTUNITY

We currently have an opportunity for a dynamic and friendly administrator to join our team Full Time, 8am-4pm Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate will be team oriented and can ideally hit the ground running using their previous administration experience.

Key responsibilities will include:

Assist with customer enquiries through phone call emails and walk in customers
Assist reception with any overflow call of customer calls
Process all sales in the Ironbark system in an accurate and timely manner, including quoting, orders & purchase orders.
Provide support and administration assistance to the sales team
Accurately process all data entry required in a timely manner

YOUR SKILLS

A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a similar position within a similar sized company
High level of verbal communication skills
Strong work ethic and dedication to go that extra mile
Extensive experience in the use of Microsoft Office Suite such as Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to work effectively with limited supervision as well as a part of a team
