We are looking for a State Sales Manager to lead our sales operations and customer relationships throughout QLD. This role is crucial in driving revenue growth, optimizing business performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Based in Pinkenba, you will work closely with internal teams to strengthen our market position and provide top-quality solutions in the garage door industry.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with operations, finance, and production teams to streamline processes.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Managing branch P&L, budgeting, and sales forecasting.
- Ensuring accurate pricing strategies and margin implementation across customer channels.
- Overseeing spare parts sales and providing technical expertise on replacements.
- Leading and supporting the customer service team to ensure customer satisfaction and handling administrative tasks, including invoicing and call management during staff absences.
- Conducting site visits for warranty claims, assessing issues, and coordinating resolutions.
YOUR SKILLS
We are looking for a driven and customer-focused sales leader with a strong ability to manage operations and grow business. Your strategic mindset, leadership, and problem-solving skills will be key to your success.
We are looking for someone with:
- Strong communication, leadership and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, sales forecasting, and branch P&L.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Sales Manager across multiple products/markets, with at least 2 years in a regional or state-level sales role.
- Education in Marketing, Sales, Business, or equivalent expertise gained through experience, training, or professional accreditation.
- Experience in the building or manufacturing industry is highly regarded.
