Our Installations Department plays a critical role in making sure every project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard. We are looking for a detail-oriented Installations Coordinator to join our team in Smithfield, NSW and support the daily flow of communication, scheduling, and process management. In this role, you’ll help manage communications, bookings, schedules, and paperwork for our installations team. You’ll support both on-site installers and our office, ensuring every project stays on track and runs smoothly.

 

 

Key responsibilities will include:

 

  • Managing emails, communication, and installation trackers to keep information organised and up to date
  • Scheduling installations and booking dates with builders, ensuring smooth coordination across all projects
  • Assigning jobs and providing run sheets to installers, plus daily check-ins for progress and issue resolution
  • Processing purchase orders and maintaining all related documentation accurately
  • Liaising with production, dispatch, and external suppliers to coordinate deliveries and project timelines
  • Supporting weekly admin tasks, participating in team meetings, and contributing to process improvements

 

 

YOUR SKILLS

 

 

  • Highly organised and detail-focused
  • Confident communicating with builders, installers, and team members
  • Able to multitask and manage competing priorities in a busy environment
  • Proficient with planning boards, tracking systems, and spreadsheets
  • Comfortable making a high volume of daily phone calls
  • Flexible and solutions-focused, able to adapt to changing procedures
  • Experienced in administration or scheduling (construction or installations environment preferred)
