Position Overview:

 

This is a fast-paced, customer-facing coordination role where you'll be the central point of contact between customers, technicians, and internal departments. You'll be responsible for scheduling service and installation jobs, managing logistics, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end process.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Book and schedule service and installation jobs
  • Assign jobs to technicians based on their location and availability
  • Call customers to confirm bookings and job details
  • Update job schedules when changes or urgent requests come in
  • Keep records and job information up to date in the system
  • Stay in touch with technicians throughout the day to track progress
  • Follow up on any incomplete jobs or missing parts
  • Help finalise jobs so they’re ready for invoicing
  • Work closely with the operations, warehouse, and customer service teams
  • Make sure customers are kept informed and happy with the service

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • You enjoy problem-solving and juggling competing priorities
  • You thrive in a collaborative, customer-centric environment
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • Confident dealing with customers and resolving issues professionally
  • Intermediate MS Office skills and experience using job management or scheduling systems.
