We have a tremendous opportunity for a talented Product Manager - Key Cutting Machines.  The Product Manager is responsible for managing the product lifecycle from planning to execution in support of organizational strategy and objectives.


Some responsibilities include:

  • Develops, manages and enables sales and gross margin budget for product line
  • Drives, manages and oversees Sales and Operations Planning meeting
  • Sets pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals
  • Drives and develops the marketing plans and long term business plans to maximize sales performance
  • Oversees the product life cycle and effectively manage the core business
  • Makes recommendations on marketing strategies including advertising, packaging, pricing, budgets, margins and future new product development
  • Identifies, researches and drives new product development
  • Monitors the North American market, anticipates trends, recognizes business opportunities and provides market intelligence
  • Develops product marketing plan and event campaigns to generate/build product awareness and demand.
  • Plans product launch campaigns and provides direction for marketing collateral materials
  • Supports sales, customer and tech services with the necessary product knowledge and technical expertise
  • Drives ongoing improvement in sales and profitability
  • Drives brand and key category development in North America
  • Analyzes new product viability including sales volume potentials, number of SKU’s and cost of goods
  • Makes recommendations on product assortment, pricing and merchandising
  • Monitors open sales orders, monthly sales/inventory and forecases and sends purchase requests monthly
  • Collaborates with respective Global Business Owner and sales peers to prepare quotes for special order machines
  • Provides monthly reports, including results, gaps and recovery plans


Position qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration preferred; Alternatively, high school diploma required with equivalent product management work experience
  • 4-6 years of product management experience required
  • Technical, analytical and project management skills required
  • Demonstrated success in managing a product life cycle
  • Excellent communication, teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Ability to travel 20%
