Based in our Banyo office, this is a full-time permanent position where you will provide a first-class Customer Service experience to our customers through your ‘Customer First‘ attitude.
THIS OPENS THE DOOR TO YOUR FUTURE: YOUR TASKS
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be performing a variety of duties related to the Customer Service position. You will be required to project a Professional Company image focusing on attention to detail, promptness, reliability and a positive outlook at all times.
Duties to be carried out as per documented procedures and/or as directed by the Customer Service Manager. Procedures are not to be changed without authorisation.
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Sales Order Entry in SAP ERP system
- High attention to detail is required
- Attend to Customer Service enquiries by phone & email; identifying, researching & resolving as required.
- Provide Customers with Product and Service information
- Excellent communication skills required
- Order status and tracking delivery consignments
- Follow up on Product/Price queries quickly and efficiently
- Other duties as assigned
- Training will be provided

We are looking for a team player with a ‘Can-Do‘ attitude and who is not afraid of new challenges. You will possess solid communication skills, both verbal and written as well as strong computer skills.
With a robust level of attention to detail and excellent time management skills, you are ready for a new and exciting opportunity where you can showcase your Customer Service skills!
Previous experience with SAP ERP system is advantageous but not essential.
