Position Overview

Kilargo is part of the dormakaba group, and is one of Australia’s leading manufacturers of high-performance door seals used in fire protection, soundproofing, and efficiency. We’re looking for a reliable Despatch Team Member to join us. You’ll help ensure goods are packed, loaded, and despatched on time and accurately.

With full training provided and permanent full-time employment, this is an opportunity to build your skills while contributing to a busy team.

What you will do:

• Pick and pack orders safely and accurately.
• Load and unload trucks, and sort and stack materials.
• Complete despatch paperwork and enter consignment details into our systems.
• Check labels and consignment details to ensure orders reach the right destination.
• Carry out cycle stock counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Keep the work area clean, tidy, and safe.

What we require:

• Strong attention to detail to keep orders accurate and minimize despatch errors.
• Confidence with basic computer tasks, data entry, and checking system-generated reports.
• Ability to safely carry out manual handling tasks, including lifting, bending, packing, and standing for extended periods.
• Availability to work overtime and Saturdays when required to meet customer demand.

• Ability to stay organized in a busy environment, manage changing priorities, and meet customer commitments.

What we prefer:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or assembly environment.
• High-reach forklift experience.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
