The Quality & Process Engineer is responsible for ensuring products meet quality standards by developing, implementing, and monitoring control systems, conducting inspections, providing technical support, and addressing process improvement.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to establish and maintain quality control measures in production.
  • Analyze quality issues to identify root causes and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
  • Maintain up-to-date records of quality control activities, including inspection results and corrective action plans.
  • Collaborate with procurement teams to assess and monitor the quality of sourced materials and components.
  • Provide training to enhance understanding of quality standards and procedures for production and quality control personnel.
  • Assist in developing and implementing quality management systems, including SOPs and work instructions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with key stakeholders to implement these changes so as to enhance product quality and production efficiency.

 

YOUR SKILLS

 

  • Formal education in an Engineering discipline is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills (verbally and written) across all organisational levels internally and externally.
  • Proficiency within quality management tool and software are preferable.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
  • 2D & 3D CAD experience (SolidWorks) highly regarded, but not essential.
