Position

 

dormakaba’ s Talent Acquisition team supports the business by delivering full life-cycle recruiting services that enable the organization to reach its full potential by getting the right people in the right place at the right time.  Reporting to the AVP, Human Resources, LGS Business and Canada, the Technical Talent Acquisition Partner, Canada contributes to this mission by leveraging their expertise to attract and source top talent to satisfy current and future business needs.  This position is heavily focused on the consultative and sourcing side of talent acquisition and will partner heavily with our internal HR partners and hiring managers to fill professional and technical roles with top talent (internal and external).

 

 

Responsibilities

 

 

 

 

Requirements

 

  • University degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 5+ years of recruitment experience, with heavy technical recruiting experience
  • Sourcing or Proactive Talent Pipeline experience ideal for success in this position.
  • Experience balancing a diverse requisition load, including a variety of professional and technical roles.
  • Heavy experience using a variety of talent attraction methods and tools: job boards, social media, open web sourcing, career fairs and campus recruitment, etc.
  • Recognized follow-up skills, results, and action-oriented approach
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills with ability to be agile in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Professionalism, close attention to customer service and candidate experience
  • Rigorous and accountable.
  • Dynamism, enthousiasm et solid team spirit d’équipe
  • Outgoing, professional, and polished communication style
  • Previous experience with an applicant tracking system
  • Embodies dormakaba values: trust, customer first, performance, curiosity and courage
  • Perfectly bilingual, both orally and in writing
  • Proficient with the Office suite.
