dormakaba is seeking a Sales manager to join our Sales team in Chino, CA!

This position is responsible for presenting and selling B2B products and solutions. Our most successful salespeople cultivate relationships and serve as a trusted, responsive, and educational resource for new and existing customers. This role will be focused on the sales of access solutions for professional and collegiate sports, concerts, racing, performance arts, etc!


Important:  Our sales and service team members are required to make in-person customer visits due to the nature of their work.  For our protection and the protection of our customers, we adhere to strict COVID safety protocols (masking, frequent hand sanitizer use, temperature checks, etc. per local guidelines and customer requirements).




  • Manages existing accounts
  • Pursues company generated and independently developed leads
  • Maintains and develops an expansive network of ticketing partners and related influencers
  • Serves as a technical resource to end users and specifiers
  • Searches for relevant bid opportunities
  • Provides technical materials (drawings, specifications, etc.) per project requirements
  • Performs product demos and presentations both virtually and in-person
  • Attends tradeshows and other related conferences plus client go-lives as needed
  • Provides resolutions for customer issues




  • Equivalent of five years successful B2B sales experience, preferably selling technical products
  • Ticket operations experience with a professional or collegiate sports team preferred
  • Previous working knowledge of Ticketmaster or Paciolan ticketing and access systems a major plus
