dormakaba is seeking an Inventory Lead to join our Warehouse team in Chino, CA. This position is responsible for receiving, stocking, and selecting inventory to satisfy independent customer orders. Assists in monitoring inventory levels by conducting physical counts to ensure the accuracy of warehouse records.


We're offering $2000 SIGN ON BONUS for this role!! 



  • Analyzes and organizes weekly work order pull schedules
  • Evaluates and adjusts inventory discrepancies
  • Supports supervisor in evaluating weekly workload, capacity, and performance
  • Systematically receives, organizes, and stocks parts and materials by properly packaging and storing goods in their designated location
  • Maintains accurate records of products that have been stocked and provides management with an accurate record of inventory counts
  • Executes periodic cycle counts, participate in deviation review
  • Reads and interprets work orders to select the correct items from the shelves based on their part number, bin location and quantity requirements
  • Ensures that orders picked are accurate and stages items onto a cart or pallet
  • Accurately and efficiently delivers parts and materials to the appropriate production cell in accordance with the associated work order
  • Enters inventory transaction into the computer so that inventory is managed accurately.
  • Operates powered forklift (sit-down and stand-up) in a safe manner
  • Accurately maintains all inventory stock organized
  • Provides back up to the supervisor role as needed.



  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous warehouse experience
  • General knowledge of inventory control, and warehouse processes and procedures
  • Forklift experience (stand-up and sit-down)
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach and lift up to 50 pounds 
  • Good basic computer skills
