We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our Sales and Service team at dormakaba! We are seeking an ambitious individual who will support the Outside Sales Representative in their region with developing new customer relationships, closing orders, etc. This role blends business development, lead cultivation, account management, project estimating, and other factors of the Sales process to successfully drive revenue gains. 


Specific responsibilities include:

  • Drives profitable sales growth through new business development efforts as well as increasing “share of the wallet” with existing clients
  • Solidifies reputation as a trusted advisor deploying consultative approach to generating new business
  • Identifies strategic opportunities and establish sales tactics to penetrate and develop specific clients in assigned regions and markets
  • Reviews competitive market landscape and recommend, develop, and implement new and creative tactics to maximize sales opportunities and revenue
  • Performs effectively within a cross-functional team that is comprised of both internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensures contractual commitments are met during the term of customer agreements
  • Completes timely reporting including opportunities updates, sales forecasts, call reports, in Salesforce.com (SFDC)
  • Represents and exemplifies dormakaba’s core values and business principles

  • Organization/Time Management – Plans and prioritizes work; manages time pressures; deals with pressure through good planning
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels of internal management, personnel, vendors, and assigned Financial Institutions
  • Strong teamwork and partnership orientation
  • Impeccable personal integrity, high work ethics, sense of urgency
  • A small amount of travel may be required (10%) based on client portfolio requirements, internal team meetings, training, and planning sessions
  • Excellent command of the English language. Spanish would be an asset; however, it is not a requirement.




  • Minimum of 2 years Account Management/Inside Sales experience




  • Knowledge or experience with manufacturing, ATM’s, Financial Institutions, armored transportation, or related field
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office for Windows is required; experience with SFDC strong plus
  • Bachelor’s degree
