The role is responsible for creating, coordinating, and executing the digital marketing strategy for the business, ensuring alignment with commercial goals and customer needs. This includes close collaboration with sales teams to support lead generation, strengthen the positioning of digital solutions, and drive customer engagement. The role also supports the onboarding and adoption of digital tools by customers, coordinating with internal teams and providing guidance to ensure a smooth and successful user experience.
What you will do
• Define and execute the overall digital marketing strategy across web, social media, CRM, marketing automation, lead generation, and conversion activities aligned with business and commercial objectives.
• Manage and optimize digital platforms and projects, including eCommerce, customer portals, and future digital initiatives, ensuring a consistent customer experience and strong UX/UI across all touchpoints.
• Plan and execute digital campaigns and content strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and qualified lead acquisition.
• Collaborate closely with PMMs and sales teams to identify business needs, define action plans, and align digital initiatives with commercial priorities.
• Develop CRM and lead management processes, including sales team training and best practices for managing leads, accounts, and contacts.
• Monitor, analyze, and report digital performance metrics to support data-driven decision-making and continuous optimization.
What we require
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing or B2B marketing
- Experience in B2B environments and close collaboration with sales teams
- Experience with Salesforce CRM, particularly Account Engagement (Pardot); experience with other CRM platforms is also valued.
- Strong project management and teamwork skills
- Fluent Spanish and English
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, IT, or Business Administration
