THIS OPENS THE DOOR TO YOUR FUTURE: YOUR TASKS

  • Translate business demands into HR IT architecture with the focus on new HR solutions and improvements through standardization and automatization: describe current, future and transition states (“myHR Roadmap”) under consideration of human, procedural, technological and organizational impact
  • Design, document and implement HR IT solutions in accordance with the “myHR Roadmap” under application of program-/project management methodology (incl. pre-studies, business cases, project- and operational phase) and in collaboration with Group IT, external implementation partners and module owners
  • Define platform governance, lead the myHR Governance Board and escalation principles and act accordingly (e.g. prepare and run SteeCos of myHR program and of individual main projects with the program)
  • With regards to its content and processes, effectively run the platform and its modules (technical readiness is ensured by IT), including regular process maintenance and constant improvement of data quality through the global HR organisation
  • Support HR and IT colleagues in order to effectively communicate the usage and benefits of the myHR platform to internal users
  • Identify and actively communicate opportunities, benefits, alternatives, impact, risks, dependencies, prioritization suggestion, readiness, gaps of and within myHR; work with Group IT and other specialists on topics such as data security, and – over time – on disruptive solutions such as artificial intelligence and data privacy – to support achievement of dormakaba business goals

  • Track record in developing and running an HR IT platform within a group of companies across countries
  • Understand global demands and different paces of local initiatives
  • Advanced skills in modern Project and Program Management (e.g. SCRUM)
  • Strong strategic, analytical and conceptual skills
  • Strong consulting, communication and networking skills across different culture and business requirements
  • High level of professionalism, strong attention to detail, organization skills
