At dormakaba Australia, the B2B Sales Analyst will play a pivotal role in uncovering the story behind the data. You'll dive deep into sales and customer data, uncovering performance trends, customer insights and new revenue opportunities. By analysing the sales pipeline and customer segments, you'll help identify what’s working — and what’s holding us back — so we can inform strategy, improve engagement and exceed our targets.

 

With your finger on the pulse of the market, you’ll evaluate customer needs, track competitors, and monitor emerging trends, turning external insights into internal advantage. Your expertise with tools like Salesforce, SAP, Power BI, and other industry leading applications will bring business intelligence to life—crafting dashboards and meaningful reports that reveal clear paths forward.

 

You'll also measure and track what matters, from lead scoring and performance right through to conversions and value — constantly feeding back insights that help our teams do better. Collaboration is key in this role. You’ll work alongside senior leaders and cross-functional teams to shape smarter strategies and support data-driven decision making that drives our business further.

 

 

 

YOUR SKILLS

 

  • 5–7 years of experience in a sales analysis role (minimum 3 years considered)

 

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce and Power BI

 

  • Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA an advanatge

 

  • Proficiency in BI tools (e.g. Power BI or similar)

 

  • Advanced skills in query writing, data manipulation, and reporting

 

  • Strong experience in sales trend analysis, pipeline analysis, product performance tracking, and competitive intelligence

 

  • Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations

 

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
