This is a temporary role for 3 to 6 months based at our Hitchin Office. 

 

THIS OPENS THE DOOR TO YOUR FUTURE: YOUR TASKS

 

  • In this role your main responsibilities will be to:
    • Manager Customer Chases and Escalations
    • Provide cover for colleague absences, and manage small works
    • Update various spreadsheets with live information
    • Creating RAMS for planned works
    • Ad hoc office duties
  • At dormakaba we also have customer service agreements to adhere too and so it is important to also consider these to ensure we continually offer a fantastic service. 
  • This role requires great problem-solving skills, as well as good organisation and communication skills as you will be required to act as the liaison between our customers and Engineers, providing updates and ensuring they are kept up to date with the time of their visits as well as the progress.
  • For certain jobs, you may be required to order materials or plant to ensure all jobs can be completed first-time!
