POSITION OVERVIEW

dormakaba is seeking a Field Sales Enablement Manager (Door Hardware) to work closely with front-line managers to optimize their team’s performance. This position is responsible for ensuring that every seller has the required knowledge, skills, processes, and behaviors to optimize the customer experience with buyers. They will perform coaching for the field and inside sales teams and overall performance consulting. This role will also serve as the bridge between sales teams, other enablement functions as well as marketing, HR and other supporting functions to drive performance results.

 

PRIMARY DUTIES

  • Provides coaching to the field on sales management, sales process, sales skills and ensure sales content is utilized effectively
  • Assists with assessment of training needs of the field and identify any gaps for future programs
  • Analyzes sales performance and monitors KPIs including detailed win/loss analyses
  • Supporst product launches by preparing and enabling the sales force to understand and sell our solutions.
  • Serves as the go-to field resource to address question and provide support related to sales management, sales methods, sales process and tools
  • Works with Sales and Sales Operations & Enablement leadership to identify and prioritize field support and enablement needs and initiatives
  • Collaborates with Sales Operations & Enablement to integrate improvements, tools, technology, and trainings into field sales team’s skillset
  • Serves as the 'Voice of the Field' to provide input into firm initiatives, programs and content

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Sales, Business, Marketing, or similar field
  • Minimum of 8 years in sales management, sales operations, business planning, or sales support management role
  • Experience successfully managing analytically rigorous corporate initiatives and analytical personnel.
  • Previous experience managing a field sales team preferred.
  • Preferred technical knowledge of automatic doors or other ENS products
  • Experience and knowledge of CRM systems, Salesforce preferred
  • Ability to travel overnight via common carrier as needed (up to 50% of the time)
