Job Summary:


Assist in maintaining Customer Master Data by having or gaining a working knowledge of the account request processes in Salesforce and MDMGo, by performing research as needed, and understanding various customer contracts and forms.  This individual will also assist in managing intercompany sites, as assigned.  The candidate will provide administrative support to customers and to internal users of these sites, as needed.  This position requires a great deal of flexibility and ability to adapt as daily tasks change and projects develop. 


Organizational Relationship:


This position reports directly to the Sales Operations Manager.  The position will work closely with multifunctional departments and other individuals in the master data management organization.  There are no direct reports to this position.       


Specific Responsibilities:


  1. Interface with online request tools, internal team members, and directly with the customer to ensure that account information and data requirements are properly setup within SAP and other systems.
  2. Understand various customer contracts and forms, such as Locksmith Agreements for MasterKey purposes.
  3. Provide administrative support to customers and internal users of various intercompany sites.
  4. Receive cross functional training on data tasks and other department programs in a backup capacity as needed.
  5. Work on projects, with a team or individually, that involve research and data entry.
  6. Perform other administrative tasks and duties to support the team and departmental goals.




  • Skills or experience with personal computers, including electronic E-mail, personal scheduling, word processing and electronic spreadsheet skills.
  • Working knowledge and experience with Salesforce.com or other SAP/CRM solutions
  • Ability to learn other computer systems as needed to support departmental needs
  • Skills or experience in process improvement to develop and implement more efficient and effective procedures.
  • Willingness to gain a working knowledge of all dormakaba business segments
  • Able to understand complex problems and situations. Must be a self- starter, who can take on projects and see them from start to finish.
  • Strong communication skills needed in cross-team/user relationships
  • PC technical skills
  • Flexibility to work in a team setting or independently, depending on needs of the department
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
