POSITION OVERVIEW/DUTIES:

 

We are looking for a Sr. HRIS Manager to join our team at dormakaba! This position will provide general human resources support to the dormakaba population, working cross-functionally, with all levels, throughout the organization to ensure data and process consistency within its record keeping systems. 

This position will be responsible for managing, maintaining and improving current human capital management systems, as well as, implementing new processes and tools to maximize the effectiveness of the organization’s business operations. They may manage technical support including internal and external interfaces, basic reporting, security access, manage system testing/upgrades and support system implementations. This role will work closely with the external vendors, internal IT team and the HR team to identify and realize solutions to human capital management issues with a focus on training and empowering the end-users to better utilize our human capital management tools.

REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • 5-7 years of previous HRIS Shared Serviced Experience is required.
  • Must be proficient with advanced skills using of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros)
  • Must have working knowledge of HR business processes/procedures terminology and compliance
  • Advanced knowledge of HCM systems
