Strategic Campaign Specialist

POSITION OVERVIEW

dormakaba is seeking a Strategic Campaign Specialist based in Indianapolis, IN (Hybrid). The Strategic Campaign Specialist is responsible for working with cross functional teams and external agencies to plan and execute strategic campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement and business support. The Strategic Campaign Specialist will manage marketing campaigns to promote products, solutions, and services for dormakaba North America.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $54,000 - $59,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Organize strategic planning discussions with stakeholders to define marketing campaign objectives, target audience, and requirements
• Coordinate and execute comprehensive strategic marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives and budgets
• Develop audience understanding to deliver the most relevant campaign touchpoints and tactics
• Collaborate with product marketing, product management, sales, digital marketing, marketing design teams, and external agencies to develop compelling and impactful messaging and marketing assets consistent with brand guidelines
• Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure timely and effective campaign execution

WHAT WE REQUIRE

• 3+ years of experience in business-to-business marketing or a related field
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field or equivalent experience

WHAT WE PREFER

• Proficiency in Monday.com
• Experience working with brand marketing and agencies.
• Project management skills, with demonstrated ability to scope a project from start to finish
