We are currently looking for an Export Specialist to be responsible for the export operations within our office location in Istanbul, Turkey.
This is a full-time and on-site position.
Your contribution will be significant in managing the complexities of international trade. This position involves coordinating the movement of goods across borders, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. By effectively navigating the logistical, regulatory, and documentation challenges associated with exporting goods, the Export Specialist facilitates smooth and efficient global trade operations.
A JOB THAT MATTERS: Your Tasks
• Responsible for all export documentation.
• Following up the customs procedures.
• Communicating with international customers and managing export processes.
• Organizing all transportation activities.
• Supporting sales team in organizing the orders.
• Working closely with the factory & warehouse & purchasing departments.
• Ensuring information flow with all relevant departments with sales team.
EXPERIENCE THAT MATTERS: Your Skills
• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in relevant fields.
• Fresh graduate applications are welcomed.
• Good command of written and spoken Turkish & English & French and/or Russian.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem solving skills.
