dormakaba is seeking a customer focused Sales Representative – Low Voltage Channel to join our Sales team in the Denver area. This role is responsible for working with all dormakaba Low Wholesalers and subsequently related value-added resellers (Security Dealers, Security Installers, Small/Medium Security Integrators) and applicable Low Voltage Channel Buying Groups within their Region and partnering (as applicable) with other key regional sales team members; to maximize dormakaba presence, visibility and overall to drive sales in a cohesive manner.


Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary/hourly range for Colorado residents is $55,00.00 to $70,000.00. The salary/hourly range for Connecticut/Nevada residents is $55,00.00 to $70,000.00. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, the Company offers benefits such as,a  sales bonus, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).



Important:  Our sales and service team members are required to make in-person customer visits due to the nature of their work.  For our protection and the protection of our customers, we adhere to strict COVID safety protocols (masking, frequent hand sanitizer use, temperature checks, etc. per local guidelines and customer requirements).



  • Works with, partners, maintains/enhances Low Voltage Channel Wholesalers and their related dealers and (VAR) value-added reseller relationships with the objective of maximizing sales revenues, market share and meeting customer's needs
  • Identifies project opportunities through Low Voltage Channel partners
  • Participates in industry expos, table-top events, branch events, promotional activities, and other related activities
  • Ability to be customer focused with attention to detail on project details
  • Continuous education to stay current with industry trends and standards
  • Understands competitor landscape with market
  • Builds/delivers presentations & demonstrations to customers and prospects



  • Bachelor’s degree or prior sales experience (preferred but not required)
  • Must be able to make sales calls to customer sites in person, via video, and by phone
  • 0 – 3 years of experience in a competitive environment with a record of success exceeding goals which may be demonstrated through previous sales work, competitive internships, excelling in collegiate competitions
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time and have a valid driver’s license
  • Strong relationship building and management
  • Knowledge of commercial hardware & access control industry desired
  • High energy and enthusiasm
  • Excellent communication skills, written, verbal and presentation skills
