Position Overview
Maintain, publish and optimize web content in the content management system so that product, campaign and corporate information is accurate, accessible, up to date and consistent across markets and digital channels.
What you will do
- Create, update, format and publish web pages, landing pages, product pages and campaign content in the CMS according to approved briefs and standards.
- Apply CMS structure, page templates, navigation logic, metadata, tags, links, forms, media assets and SEO inputs to ensure content is usable, searchable and publication-ready.
- Coordinate with content production, digital, product marketing, campaign, localization, DAM, brand governance and market stakeholders to collect inputs, clarify requirements and publish approved content.
- Support content intake, publishing workflows, approvals, version control, redirects, page updates, content expiry and publication scheduling.
- Maintain web content libraries, reusable page components, CMS templates, content references and documentation to support consistent web publishing.
- Perform CMS quality checks, including broken links, layout issues, missing metadata, outdated pages, incorrect assets, accessibility basics, SEO readiness and publishing errors
- Support user enablement, issue resolution, content reporting and continuous improvement of CMS workflows, templates and web content governance practices.
What we require
- Proven experience in CMS administration, web content operations, digital content publishing, content management, marketing operations or web production support within a corporate, agency or shared services environment. Experience maintaining web pages, templates, metadata, redirects, content workflows and publishing quality is required.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Digital Media, Web Content Management, Communications, Information Management, Business Administration or related field preferred. CMS, SEO, web analytics or digital content certification is an advantage.
- Strong practical experience with CMS platforms, web content publishing, page templates, reusable components, metadata, redirects and content workflows.
- Good understanding of web page structure, content formatting, navigation, SEO basics, accessibility basics, tagging, linking and media asset use.
- Ability to apply CMS standards consistently to improve web content quality, findability, governance and publishing efficiency.
- Experience coordinating content intake, validation, approval, localization, publication readiness and user support across marketing and digital teams.
- Strong attention to detail in broken-link checks, metadata, page layout, content freshness, redirects, publishing quality, file naming and version accuracy.
- Structured way of working with ability to manage multiple page updates, content requests, dependencies, user questions and quality tasks in parallel.
- Fluent business English required. Additional market languages are an advantage depending on scope.
