Position Overview
Support the planning, execution and optimization of demand generation activities that create awareness, engagement and qualified demand across target segments, campaigns and markets.
What you will do
- Support demand generation campaigns and programs across email, web, paid media, social, webinars, events and other agreed activation channels.
- Coordinate campaign briefs, target audiences, content inputs, channel plans, timelines, launch requirements and stakeholder feedback.
- Work with campaign operations, marketing automation, sales, product marketing, content, creative, digital, CRM, analytics and local market stakeholders to align requirements and responsibilities.
- Support audience building, segmentation, lead capture, nurture flows, landing page readiness, campaign assets readiness, tracking inputs and CRM handover requirements
- Support lead management, follow-up coordination, campaign performance checks, issue tracking and improvement actions across demand generation activities.
- Monitor launch readiness, risks, dependencies, campaign changes, stakeholder inputs and operational issue resolution before and after activation.
- Capture campaign learnings, sales feedback, lead quality signals, performance inputs and lessons learned for future demand generation cycles.
What we require
- Proven experience in demand generation, campaign coordination, marketing operations, digital marketing or marketing automation, gained within a corporate, agency or shared services environment. Experience coordinating vendors, timelines, budgets, campaign assets and stakeholders is required.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Project Management or related field preferred. Marketing automation, digital marketing or project management certification is an advantage.
- Strong practical experience with demand generation campaign coordination, campaign planning, marketing automation tactics, channel execution and stakeholder management.
- Good understanding of email marketing, webinars, paid media, social campaigns, landing pages, campaign assets and lead handover processes.
- Ability to coordinate timelines, budgets, content inputs, vendors, approvals, channel plans, campaign assets, communications and issue resolution.
- Experience preparing campaign briefs, launch checklists, channel plans, campaign assets, post-campaign summaries and lessons learned.
- Strong attention to detail in campaign readiness, brand compliance, audience data, asset accuracy and follow-up tracking.
- Structured way of working with ability to manage multiple campaigns, dependencies, deadlines, stakeholders and vendor questions in parallel.
- Fluent business English required. Additional market languages are an advantage depending on scope.
