Position Overview
Build, maintain and optimize marketing automation workflows, audience journeys, lead scoring and campaign automation set-ups to enable scalable, compliant and measurable demand generation across markets and channels.
What you will do
- Build, configure and maintain marketing automation workflows, nurture programs, email journeys, forms, landing pages, triggers and automated campaign logic in Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot), Marketing Cloud Next and HubSpot, staying current with each platform's latest releases and features.
- Build, configure and maintain marketing automation workflows, nurture programs, email journeys, forms, landing pages, triggers and automated campaign logic.
- Translate campaign briefs, audience requirements, lead management needs and customer journey logic into automation flows and platform-ready set-ups.
- Coordinate with campaign operations, CRM, sales, analytics, content, digital, data privacy, localization and market stakeholders to clarify requirements and manage dependencies.
- Manage automation production timelines, launch readiness, approvals, testing routines, platform dependencies, handovers and post-launch monitoring.
- Design and build lead scoring and grading models from scratch, including scoring rules, automation programs, lifecycle stages, thresholds and CRM handover criteria, and refine them over time based on conversion data and sales feedback.
- Set up segmentation, audience lists, consent logic, personalization rules, lead scoring inputs, lifecycle stages, tracking parameters and CRM handover criteria.
- Perform quality checks across automation flows, including data logic, consent, links, forms, tracking, personalization, rendering, triggers, CRM sync and reporting readiness.
- Monitor automation performance, identify operational issues, document learnings and support continuous improvement of journeys, templates and platform practices.
- Lead scoring models, automation programs, segmentation, consent handling, lifecycle stages and CRM handover rules are designed from scratch, correctly implemented and validated with Sales.
What we require
- Proven hands-on experience in marketing automation and CRM-enabled marketing, with a track record of building automation and lead scoring programs from zero. Deep working knowledge of Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot), Salesforce CRM, Marketing Account Engagement and HubSpot, including their latest updates and roadmap changes.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Marketing Technology, Communications, Business Administration, Data, Media or related field preferred. Marketing automation, CRM or campaign platform certification is an advantage.
- Strong practical experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM-enabled campaigns, forms, landing pages, email journeys, triggers and nurture workflows.
- Good understanding of audience segmentation, consent management, personalization, lead capture, lead scoring inputs, lifecycle stages and CRM handover logic.
- Practical experience with campaign tracking, tagging, naming conventions, data quality checks, reporting handover and marketing performance inputs.
- Ability to translate campaign and journey requirements into clear automation logic, workflow steps, testing plans and operational handovers.
- Strong attention to detail in QA, testing, data logic, links, forms, rendering, triggers, approvals, naming, version control and CRM sync.
- Structured way of working with ability to manage multiple automation requests, dependencies, deadlines and stakeholder feedback in parallel.
- Fluent business English required. Additional market languages are an advantage depending on scope.
