The Inside Sales department is looking for a responsible, focussed and organized person to join our team! The individual will manage product and customer data integrity for hotel and multi-housing market and supply administrative support to our inside sales team.

 

 

The position

 

  • Review agreement, activate service and enter orders to be invoiced
  • From a dashboard, identify completed projects, for each client, summarize installed system’s features and create the original warranty line in our system
  • Data entry in both software ACT and Axapta, while ensuring similarity
  • Using reports, find potential leads and identify them in our database for use by the sales team
  • Ensure data cleaning and data integrity in ACT database and create targeted client groups on a monthly basis
  • Coordinate monthly end of warranty notification mailing to our customers
  • Offer administrative support to the inside sales team by conducting search or generating analytical reports
  • Answer customer requests and conduct courtesy calls, if needed
  • All other task considered relevant to the position.

 

 

Requirements

 

  • Experience in customer service and data entry
  • Experience in call center (a plus)
  • Experience in coordination and creation of call lists and/or client databases
  • Intermediate proficiency with Excel and data manipulation
  • Computer literacy (Word, Excel) Lotus Notes, Internet and Act database
  • Bilingualism required
  • Organized with good priority management skills
  • Analytical, meticulous and detailed oriented
  • Quick and efficient in data entry
  • Multi-tasking.
