Sales Representative (ENS)

POSITION OVERVIEW/DUTIES:

              We are looking for a Sales Representative - Entrance Systems (ENS) to join our Sales team at dormakaba! This role will work with a customer base that includes end-users, architects, general contractors, glass contractors, security system integrators, fence contractors, etc. within the building construction industry. They will also work closely with Inside Sales Representatives to promote growth and drive sales while maximizing customer satisfaction and building lasting customer relationships.

 

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Estimates project cost/price
  • Creates or validates a pricing strategy based on an understanding of the current competitive market dynamics
  • Works with Inside sales reps to recommend, develop, and implement new and creative tactics that will maximize sales opportunities
  • Records all sales opportunities and their status, activity updates, contacts, accounts, sales forecasts, etc. in Salesforce in a timely and complete manner
  • Works in a team environment to maximize customer satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborates with internal departments such as Inside Sales Reps, Project Management, and any other departments as needed
  • Determines and recommends the proper products for customers’ applications and requirements in a consultative manner

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales or marketing
  • Two years of inside or outside sales or account management experience
  • Architectural building materials or construction industry experience
  • Technical knowledge of automatic doors or other ENS products
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce)
