This position is a critical driver of our planned national growth in the Northwest United States through Service Sales opportunities.



Our Service Sales Representatives are responsible for new business growth and development for our service team by selling our service offering (installation and maintenance service contracts) to new and existing customers.   Delivering on our “customer first” promise and serving as a trusted advisor, this position:


  • Works with cross-functional teams building relationships both inside and outside the business
  • Manages service sales database using Salesforce
  • Works directly with the customer to decipher requirements and objectives developing a plan that offers optimal solutions
  • Obtains and organizes pertinent data to be used effectively for large projects
  • Forecasts sales by researching and developing/maintaining long- and short-range sales and market plans
  • Monitors, analyzes, and communicates sales data through periodic reports




  • Thorough knowledge of Salesforce/CRM (this will be the source for tracking all sales)
  • Desire to follow every lead through and present potential customers with an enticing overview of the services dormakaba provides
  • Knowledge of the door industry OR a passion to self-teach with support from industry experts
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, that are effective both inside and outside of the business (internal/external)
  • Capacity to lead and problem solve




  • Valid driver’s license with no restrictions
  • Previous sales experience




  • CRM experience
  • Basic understanding of physics and electrical theory
  • University degree
