YOUR DUTIES

  • Oversee all aspects of inventory management for their areas of responsibility
  • Load and unload deliveries and shipments
  • Develop a close working relationship with the technicians, dispatchers, administrative support, and corporate functions
  • Work closely with administrative teams and technicians to ensure that all necessary stock transfers required from the technicians are completed efficiently and accurately
  • Ensure that all compliance, process reporting, and safety procedures are adhered to
  • Ensure that all transactions (receipts, transfers, shipments) are performed accurately and timely
  • Discuss staged materials and needed parts with dispatchers and managers
  • Run weekly reports on parts usage by tech/van and replenish on a minimum weekly basis
  • Ensure that safety procedures and processes are understood and followed
  • Conduct regular safety and inventory checks in the warehouse
  • Work closely with dispatchers to ensure that jobs are aligned with the actual availability of parts 
  • Perform inventory counts and reconciliations
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
  • Provide quotes and order parts for stock parts

 

 

YOUR SKILLS

  • Must possess a strong working knowledge of inventory management
  • Must possess strong organizational skills
  • Ability to set priorities and work in a highly measured environment
  • Must possess the ability to manage multiple requests and projects at the same time
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems
  • Strong communication skills are essential

  • A valid state driver’s license, without restrictions, is required for this position
