Receptionist

POSITION OVERVIEW

dormakaba is seeking an onsite Receptionist based in our facility in Reamstown, PA.  In this role, you will be a vital member of the ONE dormakaba team, serving as the first point of contact for dormakaba.

You will welcome guests and remote employees visiting the facility.  You will also virtually communicate with customers, sales representatives, and Customer Experience team members over phone and email.

HOURLY HIRING RANGE: Base Salary $18 - $22 per hour (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) Please visit our career site for more information on benefits.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Route inbound calls and emails to the appropriate person or team
• Manage front desk reception
• Distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail
• Manage internal correspondence
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling facility access

WHAT WE REQUIRE

• High school degree, or equivalent
• Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Customer Service Associate, Front Office Representative, or similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, SharePoint, etc.)
• Solid written and verbal communication skills

WHAT WE PREFER

• Experience with Zendesk, or similar ticketing software
• Experience with Avaya, or similar internet phone system
