POSITION OVERVIEW
dormakaba is seeking a Regional Sales Representative to join our Sales/Hospitality team. This position is responsible for developing profitable sales growth for dormakaba in the assigned territory by closing sales of electronic access control, cloud operating systems and integrated solutions in the hospitality sector, from lead generation or qualification through to sales closing.
*This is a remote role based in Seattle, WA, Portland, OR, Vancover, WA, or Tacoma, WA*
HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base salary: $75,000 - $95,000* (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) *Plus a generous Sales Incentive Compensation.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Develops pipeline, progresses opportunities through the sales funnel while accurately forecasting revenue
- Develops and maintains relationships with new and existing hospitality management/ownership companies
- Maintain ongoing knowledge of new product releases and introductions
- Attends industry association meetings or trade shows, delivers presentations as the hospitality sales team representative
- Meets or exceeds quarterly sales target
- Participates in leadership, strategic planning, and business development team meetings as necessary
WHAT WE REQUIRE
- Relevant Education, or minimum of 5 years proven field sales experience, or two years proven sales experience in the hospitality tech space
- Strong ability to communicate opportunities and programs effectively to internal and external management groups and sales colleagues
- Sales ability with technical selling competence in cloud and software solutions
- Up to 50% travel
