THIS OPENS THE DOOR TO YOUR FUTURE: YOUR TASKS

Responsible to develop and execute regional and local procurement strategies and plant procurement tasks
Leading and further developing the plant procurement team of regional and local category managers as well as operational buyers
Developing and executing professional sourcing strategies for direct spend considering sourcing resilience
Execution of contract and supplier relationship management including supplier development and innovation
Establishing cost optimization, spend transparency and innovation management while considering sourcing resilience
Ensuring execution of professional tenders (RFx) including establishing and negotiating contracts according to the defined sourcing strategy for a specific spend category
Achieving the defined annual procurement targets, KPIs (beyond others: savings-TCO)
Taking a leading role for specific regional or local spend categories
Ensuring compliant and lean Source-to-pay process regarding the procurement relevant topics (This includes Master Data management for supplier relevant data under procurement responsibility and procurement policy enforcement)
Driving collaboration and support of internal customers, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders as well as goal-oriented interaction with group procurement team
Securing optimal internal customer support, procurement activities for (indirect) and direct material & services in order to guarantee smooth production and sales.
Working on data hygiene to improve spend transparency
Ensuring reporting of local saving initiatives in appropriate tool (CST)

WE PUT TRUST IN YOU: YOUR SKILLS

At least 5 years’ experience in a similar position and industry
Excellent command of English, German will be considered a strong plus
Profound competence in procurement processes and standards
Experience in Strategic Procurement and contract and supplier relationship management
Experience in execution of professional tenders and category management
Leadership experience in complex organizations
Feeling comfortable within a fast-moving and changing environment
Motivator, excellent in teamwork
Ability to build relationships, influence, and act as an expert across the organization up to Management level
Change Management experience
