Position Overview
We offer you an exciting opportunity as a working student to gain hands-on experience in global IT contract and vendor management, while also contributing to automation and AI-driven improvements in our processes.
You will work closely with international stakeholders and gain insights into how a global organization manages IT contracts, vendors, and compliance.
This is a temporary part-time position (20 hours per week) for a minimum of 6 months, offering flexibility alongside your studies.
What you will do
- Maintain and update contract and vendor master data
- Be in charge of collection, review, and administration of global IT contracts.
- Analyze contract terms (e.g. duration, renewal clauses, obligations) and follow up with contract owners to ensure complete documentation.
- Support contract lifecycle management, including tracking deliverables and key deadlines.
- Manage and update contract data in systems and support the transition to new tools.
- Create reports and analyses using Excel and internal systems.
- Contribute to process improvements, automation, and AI initiatives within contract management.
What we require
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (Business Administration, Computer Science, or similar).
- Strong interest in data, processes, and digital tools.
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Structured and detail-oriented working style, with the ability to analyze information.
- Proactive mindset, excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Fluent English.
