THIS OPENS THE DOOR TO YOUR FUTURE: YOUR TASKS

 

  • To maintain, service and repair door and security systems, in accordance to relevant industry standards, current health and safety guidelines and follow safe working practices.
  • Work on a wide range of manufacturers products and equiptment, both electronically and mechanically. Complete fault finding, diagnosis and accurate recommendation for corrective actions.
  • Using Company/Customer APP’s, Portals, IT systems and IT devices to complete work order management processes.
  • To liaise with internal teams and external customers to deliver exceptional service to meet or exceed Company and Customer SLA/KPI’s.
  • Work a reasonable amount of overtime in order to effectively conduct your duties, meet Customer demand and business needs. This will include being part of a rolling out of hours call out rota.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communcation skills.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work alongside a Service Coordinator to manage your workload.
  • Have a can-do attitude and a flexible approach to work.
  • Proficient user of IT devices and systems, specifically ServiceMax and Customer apps/portals.
  • Excellent knowledge of door systems, or a specialist within a specific product family (E.g. Industrial / Automatic / Manual / Security).
  • Industry standard qualifications and accreditations (E.g. BSEN16005, CSCS Card, IPAF, DHF IDSD etc.)
