Customer Sales Support - RTR

At dormakaba, we are now looking to recruit a Customer Sales Administrator to support our friendly and supportive team based at RTR in Wakes Colne, Essex. Core office hours are 8.30am – 5pm Monday to Friday, with half an hour for lunch.

 

THIS OPENS THE DOOR TO YOUR FUTURE: YOUR TASKS

 

As a member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring a number of tasks are completed, providing outstanding customer service to all our customers. 

You will be required to support our customers via phone as well as email, as well as using in-house systems. 

 

Daily tasks will include, but not be limited to:

  • Processing data & data entry completing tasks such as, creating delivery notes for sales orders, maintaining and updating accurate customer records and dealing with customer invoicing, including any queries.
  • Responding to customer enquiries, providing advice and guidance, checking stock and supporting in all customer queries.
  • Ensuring all goods are dispatched on time, in the right way and to the right place.
  • Working closely with our accounts department, you will have a full understanding of all accounts and be able to raise any issues to our internal teams e.g., overdue invoices. 
  • This is a busy and exciting role and a great opportunity to really make a difference! We will also provide all training on our products!
