dormakaba’s Key Accounts Administrators manage the requirements of our key customers within the company. These are the individuals who ensure that the customers get the service that we promise by monitoring and administrating our activities with these key clients.

 

Ultimately, they are the people who are responsible for building trust in our business with our customers.

 

A JOB THAT MATTERS : YOUR TASKS

 

The Key accounts administrator will help ensure that we manage our performance as a business, and we successfully meet our clients’ day to day requirements. To do this, administrators take responsibility for a number of our key customers. Administrators generate and collate information via a number of different reporting systems both our own internal systems and the client’s. This work produces performance reports, generates invoices and helps to identify and manage performance issues against agreed targets for the client. The administrator can be called to investigate and resolve these issues with internal and external clients.

 

All this is to ensure that we are meeting our targets and commitments and anything relating to the day to day running of each contract. 

 

Key to this role is attention to detail, collaboration and teamwork. You need to be able to confidently liaise with colleagues and customers equally via telephone, email and MS Teams, dealing with any issues and ensuring that problems are resolved quickly and effectively. The principal goal of the Key Accounts Administrator is customer retention through monitoring our own performance, proactively identifying issues and resolving problems as they occur.

EXPERIENCE THAT MATTERS : YOUR SKILLS

 

To be considered we need you to demonstrate:

 

  • A confident manner with the ability to organise and prioritise workload and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbally and via email) and a background in a detail critical administration post is essential
  • Good understanding of MS products and comfortable with the use of Excel, Outlook and exposure to a CRM system
  • Candidates with experience of Servicemax, Salesforce or similar are especially encouraged to apply but training can be given in this software.
