  Position

 

Join our software team to build simpler, smarter, and more secure solutions. As a .NET Full-Stack Software Developer working for dormakaba Engineering department, you will contribute to the creation of the next generation software solutions for the global market.

 

You will collaborate with an agile team composed of developers, quality assurance specialists and DevOps representatives. You will help in the design, planning, development, and delivery of solutions.

 

As a Full-Stack software developer your tasks will include the implementation and design of the user interfaces of web-based and desktop applications, along with backend services and databases. This will include the creation of unit and integration tests to meet our coverage objectives.

 

Each team member must be solution-oriented and help build a resilient secure application based on the business requirements and our customer first value. As a developer in our agile team, you should have the capacity and curiosity to clearly comprehend the overall architecture and actively participate in daily stand-ups and code reviews.

 

 

  Qualifications 

 

  • University or College degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in software development & design
  • Front end
    • WPF
    • HTML, CSS3, Javascript
    • Telerik UI Component experience is an asset
    • Blazor/Razor is an asset.
  • Back end
    • SQL Server
    • Entity Framework is an asset
    • ASP.NET Web API.
  • General
    • .NET Framework 4.x/5.x, .NET Core 3.x
    • Visual Studio IDE
    • C#, VB.NET
    • JSON, XML
    • Agile/Scrum process and applied software development best practices.
  • DevOps
    • Team Foundation Server/VSTS/Azure DevOps experience preferred
    • Atlassian Jira/Bitbucket/Confluence experience is an asset
    • xUnit/nUnit is an asset.
