SUMMARY

The Master Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for collecting and entering data into the ERP system and related support systems as well as maintaining existing data critical to company operations. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and recognize areas of potential process improvement. Experience with manufacturing systems would be an advantage. This position presents opportunity for growth.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Add and maintain master data into Modernfold’s ERP system, including bill-of-material, item master, routing, shop floor.
  • Review existing data for errors and make corrections where possible.
  • Manage work-flow processes for timely completion.
  • Research data discrepancies and provide root cause analysis.
  • Learn the ERP system and understand its relationship to all operations.
  • Extract Master Data as requested by other departments.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Data entry experience or related office experience
  • Experience with ERP/Manufacturing systems preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products
