Order Entry Specialist

- Manage the order to remission process by promptly entering and tracking orders
- Manage the order revision process
- Process debits/credits/monthly service charges
- Develop excellent working relationships with other areas within and external to Modernfold, Inc.
- Develop effective communication relationships within cross-functional areas of the company to ensure timely delivery of required information
- Develop proactive work style to provide required information regarding the status of order to all areas of the business
- Works with other functional areas in resolving problems, prioritizing work assignments, and other issues that arise with internal and external customers
- Must perform all duties with a high level of accuracy
- Must be able to use effective problem-solving techniques

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
BS degree in Business Administration or related field and 5 years progressive experience at Modernfold are strongly preferred. A combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of BS degree. Must have positive attitude and the ability to interact with distributor partners and with others at all levels within the organization in a professional manner.
