We are seeking a driven and passionate Commercial Sales Consultant to help drive our continued growth across multiple sectors including Education, Hospitality, Commercial Fitouts, and Healthcare.

 

Your Role

 

You will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with key decision makers, influencers, architects, and interior designers. By understanding the needs of our diverse client base and markets, you’ll help secure new business, drive specifications, and ultimately contribute to our revenue and profit growth.

 

What You’ll Do:

 

Develop Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and key decision makers across target industries.

 

Strategic Sales Planning: Collaborate with the NSW/ACT sales team to design and execute a comprehensive sales plan that drives growth and meets targets.

 

Product Expertise: Provide expert technical advice, offer tailored design solutions, and prepare detailed tenders, quotations, and contracts from inquiry through to contract closure.

 

Market Insight: Stay ahead of market trends, monitor competitor activity, and provide valuable feedback to ensure our solutions meet the evolving needs of clients.

 

Sales Optimisation: Continuously enhance your sales performance through ongoing training, coaching, and support, ensuring you always provide top-tier service to clients.

 

Project Management: Contribute to the success of projects by providing input, negotiating contract prices, and ensuring smooth project follow-up and closing.

 

What We’re Looking For:

 

Experience: Some experience in the manufacturing or design sector, with a strong focus on customer service and relationship management (experience in high-end solutions is a plus).

 

Industry Exposure: Familiarity with the architectural & design community, as well as the fit-out and construction sectors.

 

Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with a consultative approach to selling and problem-solving.

 

Drive: A “Brand Hero” attitude—enthusiastic, passionate, and committed to building long-lasting relationships and growing your sales pipeline.

 

Independence: Self-motivated, resourceful, and meticulous, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
