We're on the lookout for a Service Administrator, to assist in the scheduling, despatch and coordination of our Technicians and Sub-contractors. This is a vital role for our business as it serves as the first point of contact for all service enquiries and acts as the liaison between our clients and technicians.
THIS OPENS THE DOOR TO YOUR FUTURE: YOUR OPPORTUNITY
This role will see you working closely with our customers, both internal and external, leading you to develop strong relationships in order to provide an exceptional customer experience. Tasks will include:
- Generate, process and schedule daily works for technicians & subcontractors (reactive & maintenance)
- Updating our valued customers on service delivery, progress of delivery and completion of reports via customer portals
- Communicating with technicians regarding their work order requirements, ensuring all data is entered for invoicing
- Liaising with Service Managers and Customers in regards to work queues, site expectations and the time management of jobs
- Maintenance of the Service Database to ensure client and site information is up to date and also update client portals as required.
WE PUT TRUST IN YOU: YOUR SKILLS
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience working within administration or customer service, and be looking for career longevity. Training will be provided.
You will possess the following skills:
- Experienced in scheduling a field-based workforce
- Ability to plan, organise and monitor the Service delivery
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to work under pressure
- Intermediate to Advanced skills in MS Excel, Outlook and Word
- Knowledge of our CRM (Salesforce/Service Max) will be an advantage
