Digital Development Expert (m/f/d)

• You play an important key role in the continuous development of change strategies and ensure that these are implemented effectively in procurement.
• As part of our purchasing platforms, e.g. SAP Ariba, you are responsible for evaluating new updates, upgrades and developments in cooperation with IT and developing strategies for handling their implementation – with a key perspective on change and training.
• You are responsible for the change management within the platform community, as well as within stakeholders and procurement.
• You will develop and coordinate the ongoing implementation of a training plan as part of our Procurement Academy.
• You create an integrated plan for change management with the support of the project manager and report on the achievements, results and progress.
• You take over the creation, maintenance and control of the schedule using the necessary tools, such as a Gantt chart, taking into account important dates, milestones, services and risks in coordination with HR, IT and Procurement.

• You have a university degree in the field of project management, change management or a comparable qualification.
• You already have relevant professional experience of at least 4-5 years in this or a similar function in an international context.
• Building on this, you have proven success in cross-functional collaboration.
• Your solution-oriented way of working, your assertiveness and your excellent communication skills characterize you.
• Social competence and strong relationship management skills are also among your strengths.
• We require very good command of spoken and written English.
