Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, Reception & inventory Coordinator will be responsible for supporting Robert in the receiving process, overseeing the running of operations (receiving, put away, shipping) and acting as an operational communication link between Robert and dormakaba.



Place of exercise


  • Training at 7301 Decarie blvd, Montreal
  • Exercise of functions at 1600 50e Avenue, Lachine





  • Execution of reception process in our ERP system
  • Creation of Cycle Count lists at our 3PL
  • Management of inventory gaps and negatives
  • Data collection on damage upon reception
  • Coordination of exceptional requests
  • Management of Kanban consumables.





  • DEP in administration, logistics or equivalent
  • 3 years of relevant experience (experience in a warehouse and in inventory analysis will be considered a strong asset)
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft: Windows 10 and Office suite (good Excel skills)
  • Understanding of how a transactional database works
  • Knowledge of an ERP system
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and French, both written and oral
  • Superior ability in data analysis and problem solving
  • Strong autonomy
  • Meticulous and process oriented
  • Comfortable with emergencies and pressure.
