THIS OPENS THE DOOR TO YOUR FUTURE: YOUR TASKS

  • Plan and implement sustainability innovative projects to support relevant Group functions/ Regions in achieving global sustainability objectives.
  • Overall project management of the development and publication of the annual sustainability report, UN Global Compact and other mandatory corporate transparency reports.
  • Develop and implement sustainability related storytelling content across various internal and external channels.
  • Assess the risk that may arise from related external communications on social and environmental performance and providing global guidance on does and donts to protect against greenwashing.
  • Develop and implement collaborative initiatives with internal partners to guide and implement employee engagement as well as activating employees to contribute to sustainability working streams.
  • Providing high quality information on the company’s ESG and sustainability efforts and results on various ESG Rating and Assessment platforms (i.e. EcoVadis, MSCI, DJSI, etc.).
  • Content preparation and participation in internal meetings for input and alignment on global initiatives in various sustainability bodies, including serving on the Group Sustainability Council and Global Sustainability Working Group.
  • Develop global training programs for employees on sustainability to ensure broad knowledge of sustainability targets, objectives and standards.
  • Organize meetings and global workshops.

 

WE PUT TRUST IN YOU: YOUR SKILLS

  • Five years experience in sustainability management and/or sustainability communications in an international environment (agency or enterprise) in relevant topics.
  • Completed University degree or similar education (Masters degree in business, environment or sustainability-related field), further education in sustainability related field and on sustainability reporting standards and regulations.
  • Experience with sustainability tools, standards and ESG rating systems.
  • Ability to handle cross country/location and cross functional situations.
  • Competence to consult our main stakeholders in a professional way.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Good teamworking and social competence.
  • Excellent English skills – German is a plus.
