Based in Riyadh or Jeddah and reporting into the Channel Sales Manager KSA, the job holder will be responsible to generate leads, conduct sales presentations on Electronic Access control mainly hotel locks and lodging systems, as well as negotiating contracts with potential clients and meet periodic sales goals through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics.


What you can expect

  • Identify and prioritize key opportunities for sales prospects throughout KSA
  • Form new and continue existing relationships with customers by sales meeting, phone calls and addressing issues or problems when they occur.
  • Identify and grow opportunities to ensure growth attainment within assigned territory.
  • Use consultative selling methods and skills to understand customers’ needs and meet them by submitting relevant offers.
  • Sell through partner organizations to end user in coordination with partner sales resources and ensure partner compliance with partner agreements.
  • Follow the regional and country sales strategies as well as apply innovative methods to meet individual and/or collective sales targets and ensure balanced product portfolio
  • Liaise with other sales and supporting functions to ensure required support for technical questions, sales demos and evaluations to build compelling value arguments.
  • Attend sales team meetings and share actively information about sales opportunities, customer needs, interests, potential for offering new products and services, observed competitors’ activities and other results of market research.
  • Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and objection handling
  • Preparing quotations, negotiation tender and contracts
  • Manage and develop assigned request for orders in accordance with the dormakaba pricing standards
  • presales technical assistance for ELV products especially hotel locks and lodging systems
  • Regular reporting activity to immediate managers (through CRM or other tools) on customer visits and their follow-up, sales pipelines, status of sales deals, goals, obstacles, etc
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly / quarterly sales report with line manager
  • Ensure customer feedback is passed on to product management when relevant.
  • Giving the highest priority to customer satisfaction by maintaining effective interpersonal relationships to be able to build trust.


What we expect

  • Computer Science or Electronics degree holder
  • Access Solution sales experience for at least 3- 5 years mainly dealing with hotel locks and lodging systems
  • Proven track record in delivering sales results in competitive environment
  • Experience in project/ solution selling in building industry
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer relationship and stakeholder management
  • Customer service mindset and an excellent track record of embracing company values
  • Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct presentations
  • Preparing quotations, negotiation tender and contracts
  • Holder of Saudi Driving License
