HR Admin Support Team Lead

Currently, we are looking for an experienced and committed individual to join us and to assume the role of an operational Team Lead of our HR Admin Support team.

In this role you will oversee and optimize HR operations across multiple countries, with a primary focus on Germany and potentially other regions. Your role is critical in ensuring timely delivery, adherence to global procedures, and efficient management of daily HR operations. Additionally, as a team lead, you will assist with administrative tasks and facilitate HR processes.




  • Develop and communicate the team's vision and goals to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Manage annual performance processes and succession planning.
  • Support the hiring and onboarding process for new team members, establish priorities, and manage workload distribution.
  • Assess HR processes to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
  • Serve as an escalation point for resolving complex HR operation issues in the Europe region.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture by promoting open communication and knowledge sharing.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure individual and collective success.
  • Ensure HR policies are up-to-date and compliant with labor laws.
  • Support operational actions to assist the business in achieving its objectives.




  • At least 1 year as an HR Operational lead, HR Project manager, Team Lead, or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in both German and English languages.
  • Proven track record in HR operations, including coordinating and supporting teams and projects. Experience in HR Shared Services, with a strong understanding of shared services processes and best practices will be considered a significant advantage.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Result-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and drive initiates forward.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations, with a focus on Germany.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Problem-solving and leadership skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
